Here is what you need to know to book a Skinvive® treatment.
The Skinvive® treatment can be done at the same time as BOTOX ® and most other skin treatments. There are many tiny injections and to ease discomfort a numbing cream is applied to the area to be treated for 10-15 minutes.
The treatment session can be individually tailored to your skin concerns.
The same precautions and post treatment care apply as with any other HA injection. Most importantly treat your skin gently for the 4 days following treatment and avoid dental work or other elective procedures for 4 weeks following treatment.
The downtime, if any, can be due to mild bruising or temporary swelling or skin surface changes.
4 things Skinvive® won’t do:
1. Act like a HA dermal or soft tissue filler.
2. Replace the benefits of deeper HA filler injections for facial hollows, sagging, volume loss, or contouring.
3. Alter your facial shape or lip contour.
4. Require a long recovery time or time to see results.
